Bob & Peggy Kuest

Bob and Peggy Kuest have been serving with NMSI since January 1999. They refer to themselves as “Traveling Teachers” with the purpose to “Teach Nationals to Teach Nationals.” They equip nationals in Biblical Leadership, Christian Ministries, Children's Education, Marriage and Parenting Skills. They provide training by bringing leaders to area seminars or by teaching classes in nationally led Bible Colleges. By preparing national leaders, local churches are strengthened and nationals provide training to others working among unreached people groups.
Bob’s book, Uncommon Leadership: Servant Leadership in a Power-Hungry World, teaches the biblical principles for Christian leadership. The book was published to provide written material for national leaders who have few resources in their language. It is currently available in ten languages, with several others in progress. Peggy has a ministry of encouragement to missionary wives as well as teaching. She also teaches different craft skills they can use for their family and/or income. Bob and Peggy have had the privilege of participating in ministry projects in 26 countries as well as working with NMSI in pre-field and new member orientations. Bob also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of Ministry at Hope International University in Fullerton, CA. He does all of his teaching in their online classroom.
