David Fontana

David connected with NMSI through his parents who invited him to be part of a three-week volunteer team at the CGO. After experiencing work at the CGO, David became a volunteer and spent the summer of 2005 volunteering in the facility maintenance department and doing construction on one of the newest houses that was being built in the community.

He affiliated with NMSI in August 2005 and is now living in Fort Myers full-time continuing his ministry through construction and maintenance. In the fall of 2005, David participated in a short-term AfricaHope building project in Narok, Kenya. In the summer of 2007, Dave's teenage daughters, Kelsey and Leanne, joined him in living in the community of NMSI.

David enjoys fishing, boating, grilling out and hanging out with others serving at the CGO.
